JobsNow is a two-year pilot project developed to assist referred Ontario Works participants to find sustainable employment and achieve long-term financial independence. The JobsNow team assists participants every step of the way to overcome employment challenges and build the skills and confidence to grow in their jobs.

JobsNow assists employers with the hiring process and acts as a network to help Ontario Works recipients connect with Ontario's hidden job market.

Since the project launched in April 2005, JobsNow has filled over 4674 jobs.
